About the role
As a digital account manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and your agency, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of digital strategies. Your role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships to drive growth and success.
Job summary
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical team
- Understand the scope of work and execute the same within the stipulated timeline to achieve the deliverables.
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.s
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and gather insights for further action.
- Proficient in leveraging data analytics to optimize client account management strategies.
- Discuss regularly with technical team members and find new ways to improve the client’s business.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure clients receive services as per agreement.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company’s service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Adheres to company guidelines such as timely completion of timesheets, accurate reports and task completion
- As an Account Manager, driving client satisfaction while actively seeking opportunities to generate new business is an additional responsibility.
You are the right fit ,if you have
- Any stream graduate/Master’s in Business Administration – Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
- Very good knowledge on Digital marketing will be a plus.
- Good written & verbal communication.
- Neat & Well-groomed appearance
- Great networking skills & negotiation skills
